“My name is Kirsten Ayers, and I am having this tournament in memory of my 13-year-old cousin, Mark. He died in August from a MRSA infection while being treated for bone cancer, and during his hospital stay his family stayed at a local Ronald McDonald house. The people there were extremely accommodating, and I would like to raise money for the place that helped my family through this tragedy so that this organization can continue to help people in similar situations.” |
