Riding with Ronald a Big Success!

Thank You To all the Riders!!!
On April 14th 2007 over 40 riders came out in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas First Annual Riding with Ronald! Hosted by Ronald McDonald himself, the riders enjoyed great weather, a wonderful ride, snacks and food provided by the Cannon Road McDonald's, along with the raffling off of two Coca-Cola racing bikes autographed by George Hincapie, Tour de France Veteran, all in support of the Greenville Ronald McDonald House.
Registration was only $25 per person (and the addition of donations and sponsorships), all in support of our House. At the half way point of the family ride, Ronald shared his "Get Fit"
program with all the young riders, before they continued on. At the same time, riders were on their way to completing two different courses, a 27 mile and 62 mile course before returning. Along the way, riders were treated to S.A.G. stations to fill up with water and snacks as they journeyed throughout the Upstate. The McDonald's of Travelers Rest (Roe Center Court), McDonald's of Powdersville (3453 Earle East Morris Jr Hwy) and the McDonald's of Moonville (7611 Augusta Road) all provided their restaurants for these stops and supplies!
