Shirley Farrell is a graduate of SUNY Albany with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
She was employed by the General Electric Company for 33 years holding numerous Human Resource positions both in Greenville, South Carolina and Schenectady, New York.
Shirley has been elected as Treasurer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas. Shirley and her husband reside in Seneca, SC. |
STEVE HALL, CPC, CSP -DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT Steve's always in the right place at the right time. He met Ron Howard standing in line at a Starbucks in Hilton Head. And he caught the eye of NBC Today Show hosts outside their studio for an interview on national television. For close to two decades, Steve has successfully completed several hundred searches for great people on behalf of FGP clients throughout the U.S. His industry focus has included Retail, Manufacturing, General Services, Consumer Goods, Insurance, and Financial Services and his clients range from emerging businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Functionally, Steve works within all divisions and handles further client requests. His searches range from Executive level down to Director and Manager in HR, Finance, and Operations. In January of 2004 Steve was promoted to Director of Professional Recruiting at FGP International and during his leadership the company has seen a growth in revenue of more than 500%.
A Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) for ten years and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Steve is on the Board of Directors and has served as President for the State Recruiting Association SCAPS. Steve received his BS in Marketing Management.

Bob Kitterman has been married to his wife Nancy for 25 beautiful years, his children are 22 year old Carly, who is attending the Aveda Institute for Hair Design, his son Zachary, a 19 year old who is attending Winthrop University and his son Josh, a 32 year old financial planner.
His passions in life include family activities, raising his children with high values and independence, serving his community and being successful in his business endeavors. Bob’s hobbies include collecting sports memorabilia, attempting to play Golf and spending leisure time with family and friends.
His professional accomplishments include graduating from Lewis University in 1974 with a BA in Business Administration. Bob has been employed by McDonald’s Corporation for 34 years and has worked in various disciplines with McDonald’s including Operations, Marketing and Development. Bob has held various positions from Restaurant Manager, Training Consultant, Area Supervisor, McOpCo Operations Manager, Field Service Manager, Department Head of LSM in National Marketing, Muti-Department Head of Marketing, Training, Construction , Real Estate, and Administration in the Greenville Region, Director of Development at the Regional level. Bob presently is working as a Business Consultant in the GSA Co-Op, consulting to 8 Owner/Operators with 22 restaurants.
Professional Accomplishments include: The President’s Award – given to the top 1% of all corporate employees each year, the Partners Award- given to an employee with 25 years or more of service that has excelled in their careers. The Alpha Award, given to the top performers in executing training systems in the restaurants and the Outstanding Contributor Award –given to outstanding employees by the East Division’s Development Staff for going above and beyond in their performance with their Regions development Plan and their results. |
Ranae M. Thompson is the Director of Patient Care Services for Shriners Hospitals for Children. She has been with the hospital for over seven years in her executive leadership role. Thompson’s areas of responsibility include oversight of all patient care areas, as well as hospital emergency preparedness.
Shriners Hospitals for Children is a one-of-a-kind international health care system of 22 hospitals dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing specialty pediatric care, innovative research and outstanding teaching programs.
Thompson received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Carson- Newman College in Tennessee and a Master of Science in Nursing, Administration and a Health Care Management certificate from East Tennessee State University. She is currently seeking her Master of Business Administration degree at Southern Wesleyan University.
Ranae is a member of the South Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders and American College of Healthcare Executives.

Joseph J. White , an over twenty-five year veteran in the international businesses of Golf and Sports Marketing, brings to Sector Sports & Associates, LLC a wide and diverse background in golf, sports marketing and sports business development. He was most recently the President Stulz Golf Technologies an international developer of proprietary golf shafts headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. From 2001 – 2004 he was the President of Pro Golf of America a franchise chain of 150 golf specialty stores located throughout North America. Prior to that he was the President of The Gary Player Group a multi-faceted golf company with offices in Johannesburg, Palm Beach, London, and Singapore whose international business units are dedicated to marketing golf equipment, golf course design, licensed products, endorsements, golf academies and event marketing all under the Gary Player brand. He had previously held senior executive positions with Dunlop Sports Company, Yamaha International and the Portman Companies.
While at Dunlop Mr. White was part of the management team that brought Dunlop from Upstate New York to its current headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina. White subsequently moved to Yamaha International headquarters in Buena Park, California to head-up Yamaha’s sports division. He spent almost eight years broadening the international reach of Yamaha’s branded sporting goods.
During his tenure at the Portman Companies, Mr. White worked extensively with multi-national sports companies, world-class athletes, leagues, Federations and the International Olympic Committee. White managed all of the corporation’s sports related business affairs and interfaced with all of the worldwide organizing bodies of sport. He negotiated several multi-year and highly profitable agreements with ACOG, USOC, NBC, IBM, TURNER SPORTS, and the International Organizing Committees from the top-ten bid cities for the 2000 Olympic Games as well as most of the major sporting goods manufacturers from around the world.
His business career in sports has taken him to the four quarters of the world.
Mr. White holds a BS from Niagara University and has attended both the Universities of Buffalo and Wisconsin for work in economics and brand management.
Joseph J. White is a weekend golfer and avid sports enthusiast. He is married to his wife Letta and they have three sons; Brandon 19, Jamie 17 and Evan 11. |
