Ronald McDonald Houses have provided a “home away from home” for millions of families since the first house opened in Philadelphia in 1974. South Carolina is proud to have three Ronald McDonald Houses in the state.
The Greenville House, which opened its doors in April, 1989, is proud to be the 120th Ronald McDonald House worldwide. The house provides comfort and care to families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals.

Who We Are RMHCC is a 501 © (3) organization is governed by a board of directors comprised of business leaders, civic leaders, hospital administrators and McDonald’s representatives.
Our staff consists of four full-time employees: Executive Director, Program Manager, House Manager, Resident Manager and many devoted volunteers.

Where We Are Located Located at 706 Grove Road, the house provides 12 private rooms with bath, telephone and television.The house has a large eat-in kitchen, two laundry facilities, and an inside/outdoor play area for siblings.
