Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same. - FLAVIA

Abigail Louise “Abby Lou” Hobgood
April 1, 2009 – August 7, 2009
Our daughter, Abigail Louise Hobgood, lived 127 days in the NICU at Greenville Memorial. For 118 of those days we lived at the Ronald McDonald House.
Her life was short, but every day was a gift that we will always treasure! The staff and volunteers at the RMH took amazing care of us and allowed us to focus on the day to day |
of her world as opposed to having to think about the more mundane parts of life (like cooking and grocery shopping!)
We will be forever grateful for the time that we had with her.

Dear Ronald McDonald Charities
of the Carolinas:
This letter is meant to express our heartfelt appreciation to the Ronald McDonald Charities of the Carolinas for the services provided to our beloved, Robert Kagwa in 2006.
Robert journeyed from Lesotho, South Africa and your charity truly provided "a home away from home" for Robert and Rosette as the staff of Greenville Memorial Hospital graciously attended his medical needs. |
Robert's last treatment at Greenville Memorial Hospital ended in November 2006.
On Sunday, 13 January 2008, Robert died from complications during a sickle cell anemia crisis in Lesotho, South Africa. We will always cherish his memory and you dedication, excellent service and compassionate care. You have touched our hearts and blessed our lives, as well Robert's. Again, please accept our most grateful appreciation. Thank you for all that you've done for Robert and our family. May God richly bless you!
Warmest Regards,
Lillibet Muhaabwa

He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his family...Though the loss we share is difficult to bear, we are grateful to have friends like you, who have always been there.
For all the encouragement, kind words,
